Hisense Android and Google TVs come with the built-in Safe Mode feature. Before initiating complex troubleshooting techniques like resetting Hisense TV, turning on the safe mode on your Hisense TV will be the best solution. After enabling this feature, the downloaded apps on the Hisense TV will be disabled so you can easily determine the malfunctioning app.

Once you fix the issue, you must disable Hisense TV safe mode to access the installed app and other functions normally.
