I just bought a new Hisense TV today after my last one developed vertical lines I couldn’t get rid of.

My last one had a very bright picture. I bought it in 2022. I was surprised that it developed this issue after such a short time.

Once we set the new one up, I noticed the picture looked dimmer. I tried adjusting the settings. It also had something called low energy. I turned that off. Now I can’t find where that setting is so I could see the other options. Also contrast was set at 100 % and Backlit was 100%. What should they be?

Thanks for any help with these. I hate having to repack it and trade it in at the store.
