    Certain conditions apply for claiming a warranty on Hisense Smart TV, and the following are some of the terms and conditions given by Hisense. If your Hisense TV models, including VIDAA, Roku, Android, Google, Fire, or XClass/Xumo TV, meet any of these conditions, you are eligible to claim its warranty.

    What’s Covered Under Warranty?

    • Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for one year are covered under the Hisense TV warranty.
    • Improper shipment or damage due to the poor package of Hisense TV.
    • Mechanical and electrical breakdown of internal parts without any over-usage.

    What Isn’t Covered Under Warranty?

    • Cosmetic damage.
    • Damages occurring in consumer instruction, delivery, installation, and setup.
    • Damages from electricity fluctuations, surges, and lightning strikes.
    • Any damage due to natural calamities, accidents, and device misuse.
    • TVs that are used for rental purposes will not come under this warranty.

    Hisense TV Limited Warranty – All You Need to Know

    Hisense TV covers the warranty period for 3 years from the date of purchase. But, the limited warranty period is valid for up to 1 to 3 years based on the TV model you are using.

    The box will come with an extended warranty card for an extra 3 years, which will be applicable based on the date mentioned on the invoice. Beyond replacing the product under warranty, you will get the same warranty as the original one for a replaced part or product.

    • On any browser, visit the Hisense TV’s service plan website.
    • You can tap the View product option and choose your Hisense TV model. Otherwise, enter the Hisense TV’s model number in the required field.
