Procedure for Installing Hisense Laser TV
Once you are done with the above prerequisites, follow the upcoming step-by-step instructions to complete the installation process. You can use these installation steps for any Hisense Laser TV, including the L5 and L9 models.
- As an initial step, make sure you are ready with the necessary tools, as mentioned in the above table.
- Next, prepare the wall space to mount your laser TV. Use a tape and measure the wall space (height & width) according to your TV screen.
Tip! For an optimal viewing experience, I recommend having a minimum viewing distance of 3m.
- Then, take a long TV stand that is equal to the size of the smart TV. Place the TV stand on the floor where you are mounting your Hisense TV.
- Next, you need to install the mounting brackets. To do that, take the necessary parts from the tools package.
- Get the measuring tape, measure 1489 mm from the top of the TV stand, and mark it. Further, mark another hole horizontally towards the right with a distance of 830 mm and mark it.
- From the two holes, measure 175 mm vertically above and mark a hole, respectively.
- Now, use a drilling machine and make four holes in the marked places. It is recommended to use an 8 mm diameter drill bit for better and safer results.
- Use the hammer and drill the bolts into the respective holes.
- Next, grab the brackets and install them with the necessary screws and tighten the brackets firmly without any gap.
- Now, install the wands with the desired screws and then hang the wands onto the brackets. Make sure to hang the long wands above and the short wands at the bottom. Further, hang the handles onto the wander.
- As a next step, wear gloves on your hands and grab the TV screen. Hang the Laser TV screen into the brackets and check the screen. Ensure it’s seated properly.
- Once done, you need to configure the Laser TV screen alignment. So, power on your Hisense Laser TV and fetch the remote controller.
- Launch the Settings section of your TV and configure the Network Settings under the Network section.
- Further, get back to the Settings menu and scroll down to select the System option.
- Hover to choose Projector Settings and hit the Geometric Correction option. You need to confirm the selection by tapping the Confirm button.
- Then, get your smartphone and connect it to the same WiFi with which your Laser TV is connected.
- Now, you will be prompted with an on-screen instructions. Follow them correctly to adjust the position of your Laser TV console within the screen range.
- Get your desired smartphone and scan the QR code displayed on the TV screen. Then, click the “+” icon to activate the camera.
- Use your smartphone camera to take a picture of the Laser TV screen. Upload it on your smartphone and hit the Finished option on your TV screen to complete the process.
