    Yes, Hisense does collect your data through HISMART@ Services, which is a lightweight sensor for automatic recognition. This privacy policy collects information, including,

    • User names
    • Passwords
    • Location
    • Time-zone information
    • Internet connection information, including IP addresses
    • Account information
    • Connection status
    • TV serial and model number
    • Device Information such as status, usage, performance

    Regardless of the above-listed ones, the information you provide through HISMART@ Services will be gathered and retained in accordance with the terms.

    Precautions to Prevent Hisense TV from Spying

    The methods listed below will help you prevent your Hisense TV from spying on you. You can use this technique on any Hisense Smart TV, regardless of the model.

    Disable Personalized Ads on Hisense TV
